Joysun Alumina Flanged surface conditioning flap wheels are constructed from a synthetic fiber mesh that is bonded with an aluminum oxide grain along with INOX rated sulfur and chlorinated free filling agents. These conditioning wheels are softer and more flexible than many of our more abrasive grinding wheels and discs. The smaller grain provides a good finishing effect without damaging the surface of some more sensitive materials such as plastics, rubber and wood.
